The band concept began Summer of 2017 with Ty Steele and Amy Epperley who had conceived the idea of a band that would be powerful enough to carry only modern rock from the year 2001+
And only rock that was recognizable to the modern generation of listeners, soon to become the sole supporters of bands who play out.
We love 80’s, 90’s rock. Truly. We love all music.
But it’s time for a band that can compete with
the future of live music and those who patron it.
M21 only performs MODERN rock
tunes by highly marketed and successful band names, those of which produce only top-industry popular music. M21 has a list of three full hours to perform at any venue, any location.

e began the band concept in 2017, tried several renditions, but nothing seemed to really string together. Then, in early 2020 with one of the guitarists, Josh Mellott, The current band rendition began.

Later, Knighton Steele was added as a vocalist.
Kira Steele was officially added in August of 2022. She carries a magnificent range, covering Pierce the Veil, Paramore, Evanescence, FlyLeaf, Halestorm and others.
Between the two, they share a massive array of harmonies, high range and screamo style.
Tristan Hogsted joined the chaos in 2023, to replace Brennan. Tristan is a classically trained musician, composer and has a full, powerful sound.
